General Terms of Sale & Use

Welcome to PEALT. These General Terms of Sale and Use (CGV/CGU) govern the sales of our training programs and access to the member area offered on the website pealt.fr.

1. Object and acceptance of conditions

The PEALT program is an online digital training designed to teach passive investing using ETFs. By making a purchase on our platform or using the member area, you unreservedly accept the entirety of these CGV/CGU.

2. Rates and payment terms

The prices of our training packages (Essential, Method, VIP) are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC) on the website.

• Payment is made securely by credit card via our payment provider Stripe.
• 3x installment option: The monthly charge is processed on the purchase anniversary date over 3 consecutive months. By selecting this option, you commit to ensuring your card is funded until the final installment is paid.

3. Right of withdrawal and immediate execution

Pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By confirming your purchase and ticking the conditions during checkout, you give your consent to the immediate unlocking of your member access and expressly waive your right of withdrawal. No refund will be granted after access credentials have been received.

4. Results guarantee (18-month option)

The "Method" plan (with the guarantee add-on) or eligible plans benefit from a contractual refund guarantee under the following strict conditions:

Eligibility conditions:

1. The guarantee applies only if no gain (positive capital gains, dividends included) has been recorded on the client's investment portfolio after a continuous application period of 18 months from the purchase date.
2. The client must prove that they have rigorously and consistently applied the method: regular monthly DCA investment (minimum of €150 per month) in a French PEA, in the ETFs recommended by the method.
3. To claim the guarantee, the client must send a written request to contact@pealt.fr with the following supporting documents: complete, nominative statements of their PEA account covering the entire 18 months, demonstrating the absence of overall capital gains on investments made under the method's rules.
4. If all conditions are met, the initial purchase price of the training (excluding add-ons and supplements) will be fully refunded to the client by bank transfer.

5. Intellectual property

All texts, PDF summary sheets, videos, access tokens, and visual assets included in the PEALT method are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, resale, public sharing, or commercial use of these materials, even partial, is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate legal action.

6. Member Area Access Conditions

Access to the member area is personal and is done via a unique access token. Any suspicious account activity (simultaneous connections from distinct geographic areas, automated download requests) will result in the immediate and uncompensated suspension of member access.

7. Personal data (GDPR)

Your contact details (name, first name, email, age, country) are collected to process orders, personalize your training, and comply with tax obligations. They are processed securely via our partners Stripe and Brevo. You have a right of access, rectification, and erasure by contacting us at contact@pealt.fr.

8. Applicable Law

These General Terms are governed by French law. In the event of any dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
